We process your personal data exclusively in accordance with the applicable legal regulations. We pay special attention to the security of your personal data and do everything to ensure that unauthorized persons cannot access it. We provide the possibility for you to request information about the data stored about you and, upon your request, we delete your data in accordance with legal requirements.
The data controller processes personal data based on your voluntary consent, the purpose of data processing is sending newsletters, for which your name and e-mail address are used. Providing the data is voluntary, however, in the absence of providing such data you will not be able to receive newsletters.
The processing of personal data takes place until the withdrawal of consent, that is, until unsubscribing from the newsletter. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing prior to that.
The data controller may use external service providers for the processing of personal data, who qualify as data processors and act exclusively based on the instructions of the data controller. Such data processor is in particular the hosting provider, which ensures the technical operation of the website and the security of stored data. The data controller indicates the data of the data processors in accordance with the actual implementation of the data processing. If the data controller does not use additional data processors, or no data transfer takes place, this is specifically indicated by the data controller.
The storage of personal data basically takes place on servers located within the European Union. If personal data were to be transferred outside the European Union, the data controller ensures in all cases appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR, in particular the application of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
In order to ensure the security of personal data, the data controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures, including the use of encrypted data connection (HTTPS), access restriction, password-protected administrative environment, regular backups and firewall usage.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place during data processing.
